Trophy System

Here I’ve added some trophy images to the main menu. These will be hidden throughout the level hidden for players to try and find as a little bonus. So far I don’t know what the reward will be for collecting them. I also added a reset progress button for these trophies so that if you wanted to find them again you could just reset the progress. I also added these trophies to the pause menu in the main level scene.

This is the trophy model in Maya and textured in Substance Painter. I didn’t spend too long on making it as it’s only an optional thing which a player might not even find on their playthrough.

Here are the trophies in the game. This is just a placeholder area for them for now just to test.

This script is for collecting the trophies where the void UpdateTrophy is being used to check the numerical position and sprite of the currently locked trophy.

In the Main Menu script, this gets the static value of the trophyIndex so that the images on the main menu can also update with the ones that are in the pause menu.

This resets all the trophy progress that a player has got. I need to properly save players’ progress for other things such as the upgrades but this is what I have for now.
