2nd Playtest Survey & Feedback + Bug Fixes.

Today, I sent out a new version of my game. It is the same survey as before just it will be for an updated version of my game.


29th March

Today, I got all the feedback from my playtest. Below are the results from that survey.

Added an extra wall temporarily as the player could have jumped in the area getting stuck.

Fixed the collision with the cubes for the lift where when the lift moved the box didn’t move with it.

Fixed problem: if the box gets pushed outside the map, it respawns in front of the player.

I quickly made a sign so I could move the tips canvas as before it was hard to see it.

I’ve changed this area slightly now so that you can no longer jump around the barriers and I moved the positions of the pressure plates to correspond with the barrier placements.

I’ve also added lighting in the tunnels as you couldn’t see through the glass on the inside of them.

Here I’ve made a new model for the colour generator.

Here it is in Unity. I also moved the sign into a different position as it was in the way.

Fixed an audio issue where when the slider was at 0, it went back to max volume so I changed it so the minimum amount the slider can have is 0.01.

I added in some cables to make the environment feel more real and also to show that these generators all connect to this one main generator.
